| Greetings all, and welcome back to another MKDS news! Max here, carrying out the karter's contract of times submissions in exchange for a mention in a weekly update covering the times and action of the last week. There was plenty to cover in the last week of October, so let's jump right into it! Inactivity ![]() It's too late, I've already depicted myself as balling Haruhi and you as the flustered, "Too Small" Asuka. New Players #_ SepNX_2010 joins from the Netherlands with a very gamer username and Intermediate B times on Delfino Square. Activity #3 Cole Edwards leads the way with a neat sub on rMC1 Non-PRB with 40"999, becoming just the 2nd person to sub 41 there, and an excellent rBP time with 42"466 #5! He only earned one spot on the AF charts with those 2 times, but those are more great scores to add to his growing collection. #35 Astrid took on the retro tracks across both modes this week, picking up rPC 17"258 Titan A and rLC1 1'12"237/23"350 Titan C/Titan A in PRB and rMC1 41"885 God with rLC2 1'18"483/25"588 Myth B in Non-PRB! A nice bunch of times to finish out the month, she improved 1.0312 AF in PRB to pass 1 person up to #44, and 0.4219 in Non-PRB, passing 1 person there as well! As God watch may soon heat up for her again, she is currently on 34/64 and is the latest person on the bubble going under 25.6 on rLC2 flap. Good luck if you choose to keep pushing it and nice times this week! #43 Axel Verplaetse grabbed 1 new God out of a pair of times this week, picking up rMB 1'10"788/23"249 Myth B/God for a 0.6719 AF cut in Non-PRB, passing 2! That also brings him halfway to 0 ARR a.k.a overall God by count at 32/64 currently. #73 SirLampsALot gave it his all to end the month, delivering an excellent batch of 8 Non-PRB scores! He sent in F8C 24"880 Myth E, CCB 1'28"051 Titan D, WP 40"474 Titan C, rPC 17"985 God, rDP1 57"036 Titan C, rCM 1'49"831/35"666 Myth D/God, and rBB 1'47"616 Myth B for a fat 4.2813 AF cut and 2 spots earned! On top of that, he ranked up to Titan A ARR with the assistance of his 14th and 15th God times, great stuff! #81 Joel Vermette grabbed 5 fresh scores this week, all Non-PRB laps with F8C 25"028 Titan C, rPC 18"178 Myth E, rFS 33"082 Myth D, rBP 8"191 God, and rKB2 13"349 God! Those earned him a 2.3430 AF cut and 2 spots on the charts, bomba! #82 Dylan Rees sent his first times in a few weeks, returning to the classics with rMC1 42"598 Myth E and rLC1 1"14"138/24"340 Myth E, both in Non-PRB. He grabbed a 0.3440 AF cut, pretty good but not enough to stop him losing out 1 place to Joel's efforts this week. #96 Kuba Kowalski rounds out the top 100 this week with his first times in quite a long time, picking up DS 1'34"967/30"156 Hero A/Titan D, WP 39"995 Myth E, BC 1'58"909 Titan E, rBB 35"782 Titan A, and rYC 1'29"130 Titan E, all in Non-PRB! He picked up a 1.1560 AF cut in his big return, tightening up his top 100 position for a bit longer if he is to go on hiatus again. Of course, I'm happy to see Kuba back with fresh times and hope to see more soon! Players outside the top 100 included #110 Morgan Shirogane -0.1250, #119 SpoinKoza -5.3280, #158 Andreas Gkinis -4.3590 Hero B, #164 Eighty -2.1560, #180 'Niko' -12.9530, #203 Rieshy -55.0310 Hero D, #307 Alec Cusa -1.2970, #452 Logan Lewis -7.7810, #729 Daelyn -10.7190, #771 Waluigified -120.2960 Intermediate D, #792 John Hamler -99.7970 Intermediate E, and #859 Aaron Jablonski -17.0780. Unranked Nothing here! New Records Not this time! Awards Lots of players with good times this week, but he impressed with a nice collection of times, well-sized AF cut, and ARR rank up with a couple Gods, SirLampsALot wins the POW for the last week of October 2025! He pumped the times to surge over 100 spots through the ranks to nearly the top 200, Rieshy wins the POM for October 2025! That wraps things up for this week! I say it pretty often, but the POY watch is really on as we move into the last 2 months of the year. Think about where you are and where you want to be at that point, and what it will take to get there! Signing off for now! -Max |
